2024 Sliding Scale Program

A sliding scale is used to support marginalized and underserved communities with fewer resource access, offered a lower fee structure. Sliding scale fee for service is commonly used in many different industries like legal, medical and behavioral healthcare. This is not a sale nor discounted price, the amount you are responsible for is calculated for your total yearly household income. All Grace Tree services are available under our 2024 sliding scale program on a case by case basis. Applications are approved based on therapeutic need, total yearly household income and the number in the household (adult income earners may be asked to provide income information if they reside in the same household).

Everyone receives the same amazing service regardless of full, sliding scale fees or pro-bono support. Our foundation uses community donations, grants, fees from education, mentorship, and training workshops to fund these services. Presently Grace Tree is not a 501-3(c) organization.

Items required with your Grace Tree Sliding Scale Application is your most recent family household IRS income tax return (we may request more financial information if needed).

  • Once application and financial uploads are submitted, determination process can take up to 2 weeks. Any sessions scheduled before application process is complete are charged at normal rates.

  • Upon approval, our board will set up the sliding scale that will be valid for eight (8) months of the application date.

  • Our sliding scale rates are from $75-$120, depending on the total household income reported. Clients may request a lower rate, this will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

2024 Pro Bono Services cover emergency health & wellness referral services. These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Those with a medical, rehabilitation, first responder or behavioral health referrals will be considered as emergency sessions with a referral letter from the requesting helping professional. Pro-bono determination and approval is awarded three (3) complementary sessions, scheduled within a 30-day period. Sessions not used within the 30 day period will be fortified.
