Body-Centered

Strength based recovery

A whole person centered perspective where we offer to meet, see, and hold space right where we find ourselves in our present moments.

“A reconciliation experience of self-discovery, curiosity, and exploration of embodied experiences leading to experiencing authentic boundaries, integrated healing experiences, and creating stronger, supple, embodied empowered life experiences is key to enjoying life. This not only creates a coherent regulated nervous system, it also brings pleasure back in our lives.”

- Viana Mora, cIAYT, SEP

How do pain and suffering relate to trauma? We are dedicated to re-establishing, and maintaining whole person care in lives of those we serve. Our nervous system, brain/body-centered services are foundational, they are designed to achieve fulfilling and rewarding life experiences by reducing body stored trauma/toxic stress adverse effects for individuals, family, and communities.

Facilitating trauma neurophysiology based programming, we Grace Tree supports somatic (body-based awareness movement) sensory system experiences lodged in the body through a Polyvagal Theory lens; which positively regulates a dysregulated nervous system and brain structures. These supportive experiences can manifest in many ways to help emotional, physical, psychological, physiological, spiritual, chronic pain suffering. What if you were able to experience balance, flow and supportive rhythm in an environment that is confidential, empowering, professional and respectful attention? How would that affect change in your life or in the lives of your loved one?
